Jamie Plaxco MSN, PMHNP-BC, a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Offering Telehealth Services in Oregon & California.

Jamie Plaxco MSN, PMHNP-BC

Jamie is a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. Using a holistic approach, she treats a wide range of mental health issues including trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, substance abuse, OCD and personality disorders.

Jamie enjoys supporting first responders and those working in the medical field facing burnout and trauma-induced challenges. She is also passionate about guiding young adults through pivotal transitions in their lives.

She specializes in utilizing ACT skills, medication management, somatic tools and attachment based theory to address concerns, while forming a safe relationship where trust is of the utmost importance.

Apart from routine psychiatric sessions, Jamie collaborates with a residential treatment center in West Los Angeles to provide comprehensive residential care, as needed.

Psychiatric Telehealth Services

Embracing the modern healthcare landscape, Jamie has incorporated telehealth and telepsychiatry into her practice, allowing individuals to access care without geographical limitations.

Even when conducted virtually, her sessions tap into the suppressed inner healing intelligence that life’s traumas often overshadow. While many conventional approaches merely address the symptoms, she delves deep into the historical, familial, and sociocultural roots that may be the true causes of dysfunction.

It’s a transformative approach that prioritizes lasting and meaningful change over superficial relief.

At this time, Jamie is only seeing California clients via online telehealth appointments.
